Your Questions, Answered

  • All event spaces at Connects Workspace are available for $300 per hour. The rental includes use of the reserved space during your scheduled time, along with 30 minutes for set-up and 30 minutes for clean-up. Tables, chairs, buffet tables, and cocktail tables are included based on inventory availability. House music is available through our Sonos system, and an on-site event host will greet you upon arrival.

  • Optional add-ons include microphone and speaker rental for $200, black linens for $10 per linen, and bar set-up packages that include glassware, ice, and a bar table for $3 per person.

  • The Stadium Event Space may be rented seven days a week from 8 am to 10 pm, with a two-hour minimum rental required.

    The Private Event Space and Downtown Golden Main Floor Event Space are available for events Monday – Friday between 5 pm – 10 pm or on weekends from 8 am – 10 pm.

  • Connects Workspace does not provide food or beverages. Renters may bring their own food or work with a local caterer or bartender. Renters are responsible for providing all serving items, including plates, napkins, utensils, and serving equipment. The renter assumes full responsibility for guest health and safety related to food and beverage service. If a caterer or bartender requires set-up time, those hours must be included in the rental.

    Connects Workspace does not hold a liquor license. Alcohol may be consumed at private events by guests of legal drinking age, but alcohol may not be sold and events must remain private. A list of recommended local caterers and bartenders is available upon request.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve the event space. Reservations cancelled seven or more days before the event date will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within seven days of the event date are non-refundable.

  • Decorations placed on tables or floors are welcome. Nails, screws, adhesives, and open flames are not permitted. All decorations must be removed at the end of the event.

  • Our team will set up tables and chairs according to the seating layout and guest count provided in advance. Renters are responsible for removing trash, food, decorations, and personal items at the end of the event. Standard cleaning is included, but excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour.

  • The Downtown Golden location offers paid street parking and nearby parking lots. The Red Rocks location has limited parking in front of the building, along with free street parking.

  • Pets are allowed on the patio only.
