Michelle will be offering 15 minute assisted stretches that can include trigger point work and massage gun use to help release tension in the tissue, while Dr. Daniel will focus on injury/pain screenings, assisted stretching, as well as kinesiology & sports taping.
For the month of November, Connects members can get up to 3 one-hour sports massages or fascial stretches at 25% off the normal rate! How do you recharge? Mountain biking, yoga, hiking, backpacking, skiing...anything outside.
Favorite trail to hike? I live near the trailhead for North Table Mountain so you will see me up there a few days a week with my standard poodle, Sully.
Do you have any pets? Two very energetic Australian Shepherds named Maisy and Obi.
