AV INSTRUCTIONS
AV SET-UP
PC/Mac with HDMI slot:
Power on TV
Press arrow button on TV remote control and go to the icon labeled HDMI 3..
PLUG the HDMI cord into your laptop. Use micro dongle if need.
You should be able to see your screen on the monitor now.
MacBook with Airplay (Airplay may not work on some older Macs):
Make sure you are connected to the Connects Workspace WiFi
Connects Workspace
CommunityHub!
Press home button on the TV remote control and go to icon labeled Apple TV..
Click on the Screen icon on the top right bar of your Mac.
Click Screen Mirroring then choose the room you are in.
It may show you a code on the TV screen that you will have to type into a box in order to get it to connect.
MacBook with Mini Display port or USB-C port: Must bring your own adapter.
Use the Mini Display or USB-C port adapter.
Plug the HDMI cord from the tv into the mini display port and the display port into your computer.
Press home button on the TV remote control and go to the icon labeled HDMI.
You should now be able to see your computer screen on the monitor.
PC with VGA: Must bring your own adapter.
Use the HDMI-VGA Converter.
Press input on the TV remote control and go to the icon labeled HDMI.
Plug the HDMI cord from the TV into the converter.
Plug the VGA (video) and AUX (audio) cord into your computer.
Plug VGA adapter into an electrical outlet.
You should now be able to see your computer screen on the monitor.
You might need to go to your Display preferences on your computer and set your preference to use the 2nd screen
TO NOTE: CALL THE COMMUNITY MANAGER IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE CONNECTING AFTER GOING THROUGH THESE STEPS.
