Member Monday!

MEMBER MONDAY Libby Noeth and Joel Haywood Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)

Short description of what your business does or what you specialize in: FCA has a vision to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches & athletes. We work toward this vision right here in Golden by engaging with students and staff at Mines through weekly meetings, launching Bible Studies for Athletic Teams & Coaching Staffs, and discipling students in various capacities.

How did you get into this line of work?: Both of us grew up around athletics, have a passion for impacting students, and love to talk about Jesus. FCA gives us a platform to do all of these things at Mines, where we can pour into students who will be leaders in their communities, work places, and families when they graduate.

Who inspires you:   We have both been impacted positively in our faith and upbringing by people, primarily coaches and mentors, who took the time to lead us and develop us into who we are today.

Do you have a request or ask of the Connects community?: If you have an interest in learning more about what we’re up to on campus, supporting the ministry of FCA at Mines, or getting involved, please reach out – we’d love to meet you!

Contact Libby and Joel: Feel free to contact us at  lnoeth@fca.org and  jhaywood@fca.org or follow us on Instagram @Mines_FCA
