Short description of what your business does or what you specialize in: I am a business freedom expert, helping business owners build organizations that run themselves so their owners can get back to their lives. After working one-on-one with dozens of businesses and speaking and training in rooms of hundreds more, it became crystal clear to me that the greatest struggle business owners face, and their ultimate desire, is to duplicate themselves. And so DuplicateU was born. DuplicateU: Lay The Foundation is a three part self-paced fully interactive online course. It walks business owners through phase by phase, teaching them actionable, proven, repeatable steps that, when followed, will allow them to grow and scale a seamless, sustainable organization.

How did you get into this line of work? While working in Marketing and Operations for Fortune 500 companies, I oversaw systems design, process development, new program implementation and change management. I led teams to achieve enormous goals by implementing efficient processes and providing leadership that cultivated seamless teamwork. I left the corporate world to bring these lessons to small businesses.

Who inspires you? I believe that small businesses have incredible potential. The potential to inspire team members and clients, to offer the world a new or better way of doing something, and to have a lasting impact. The owners of these businesses and their teams inspire me.

Do you have a request or ask of the Connects community? Be a catalyst for change for your business, and the small business owners you know. Please spread the word about DuplicateU: Lay The Foundation. The program is for business owner-operators in the service sector who want to be able to step away from their business without it crumbling. To get off the treadmill of doing the work, and step into their rightful role as CEO. And they want it now. Because they’re fed up with the way they’ve been operating. Help these passionate, caring, generous folks return to balance and excitement. Help them duplicate themselves and start working towards the freedom and lifestyle they’ve always dreamed about. Help these business owners have an even greater impact in the world. Because we all know, they deserve it.
