CONFERENCE ROOM ETIQUETTE
CONFERENCE ROOM ETIQUETTE
We wanted to remind our members of a few things regarding conference room use:
If you need to use a conference room, you must book the room. Here is where you can view availability and book rooms. You may step into unbooked conference rooms for brief calls or conversations. Please limit to 15 minutes so others can have the same courtesy. Bookings & tours take priority so we will have to ask you to step out if a last-minute booking is made or we are giving a tour.
Please show up no earlier than 10 minutes before your booking. Many times we have back to back bookings and you will not be able to access the room. If you need time to set up/clean up, you must include that time in your booking. If you would like us to add on 15 minutes before/after your booking we can do that for you.
If you have guests that are not members of Connects Workspace they are not allowed use of the main space, phone booth or gathering areas to break out. They are of course welcome to pay the drop in day rate of $30 for all amenities. Coffee and Tea is available for your guests but all snacks and sodas are reserved for members unless a donation is given.
Please clean up after yourselves including taking dishes to the kitchen and washing them. Please bring any Cafe 13 dishes back to the cafe as well. Please turn off all A/V equipment.
If you would like Cafe 13 to cater your meeting, please place your order through Connects at least 24 business hours ahead rather than contacting the cafe so we can coordinate properly.
Thank YOU for helping keep Connects Workspace presentable, comfortable and an all around awesome place to be!
