CANCELLATION POLICY

Connects Workspace has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any bookings canceled less than

 24 hours of the booking will be charged the full booking amount (members and

non-members).  Any bookings canceled by non-members at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full credit on their Connects Workspace account for the amount of the booking. Thank you for understanding! 

Due to the historic nature of our space, Connects Workspace is unfortunately not ADA accessible.

Neither the Armory nor the Mercantile spaces are equipped with elevators.
